Key Responsibilities:
πŸ–₯️ Infrastructure – Plan, deploy, and optimize Windows/Linux servers, virtualization, AD, DNS/DHCP, O365/Google Workspace, backups. Manage Azure, AWS, Alibaba, SaaS platforms, and WordPress.
🌐 Networking – Design & maintain LAN/WAN, VPNs, firewalls (FortiGate, Sophos), switching/routing (Cisco, Huawei, Aruba), and VoIP (Cisco, 3CX, Grandstream).
πŸ›‘οΈ Security – Implement endpoint & email protection, patching, vulnerability management, audits, and incident response.
🧩 ITSM – Apply ITIL best practices, manage ticketing tools, SLAs, and KPI reporting.
πŸ› οΈ Automation & Monitoring – Deploy monitoring tools (PRTG, SolarWinds, ManageEngine, Splunk), automate tasks (PowerShell/Bash), and maintain SOPs & documentation.
🀝 Collaboration – Provide Tier 2/3 support, coordinate with ERP (Dynamics 365) & mobile teams, and contribute to IT strategy.
Qualifications:
πŸŽ“ Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Engineering, or related field.
πŸ’Ό 6–8 years in system & network administration.
☁️ Expertise in Microsoft infra, networking, Azure/AWS, and cybersecurity.
🏭 Industrial/manufacturing experience is a plus.
πŸ“œ Certifications (MCSE, CCNA/CCNP, Fortinet, Sophos, Azure, AWS, ITIL) preferred.
