Key Responsibilities:
 🖥️ Infrastructure – Plan, deploy, and optimize Windows/Linux servers, virtualization, AD, DNS/DHCP, O365/Google Workspace, backups. Manage Azure, AWS, Alibaba, SaaS platforms, and WordPress.
 🌐 Networking – Design & maintain LAN/WAN, VPNs, firewalls (FortiGate, Sophos), switching/routing (Cisco, Huawei, Aruba), and VoIP (Cisco, 3CX, Grandstream).
 🛡️ Security – Implement endpoint & email protection, patching, vulnerability management, audits, and incident response.
 🧩 ITSM – Apply ITIL best practices, manage ticketing tools, SLAs, and KPI reporting.
 🛠️ Automation & Monitoring – Deploy monitoring tools (PRTG, SolarWinds, ManageEngine, Splunk), automate tasks (PowerShell/Bash), and maintain SOPs & documentation.
 🤝 Collaboration – Provide Tier 2/3 support, coordinate with ERP (Dynamics 365) & mobile teams, and contribute to IT strategy.
Qualifications:
 🎓 Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Engineering, or related field.
 💼 6–8 years in system & network administration.
 ☁️ Expertise in Microsoft infra, networking, Azure/AWS, and cybersecurity.
 🏭 Industrial/manufacturing experience is a plus.
 📜 Certifications (MCSE, CCNA/CCNP, Fortinet, Sophos, Azure, AWS, ITIL) preferred.
