šÆ Key Roles & Responsibilities:
š”ļø Configure and manage FortiGate firewalls, routers, and wireless access points
š„ļø Provide prompt hardware and software technical support for end-users
š ļø Troubleshoot and resolve IT support tickets efficiently, including site visits when required
š§ Support and manage Office365 applications and user accounts
š Assist in network setup, configuration, and maintain accurate network documentation
š Perform regular system checks, updates, and ensure network security best practices
š¤ Collaborate with IT team to improve infrastructure and user experience

Candidate Requirements:
š Minimum 3+ years of IT technical support experience
š„ Hands-on experience with FortiGate firewalls and wireless access points
š Strong understanding of networking concepts and systems administration
š ļø Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
š¬ Good communication skills in English (written & spoken)
