šŸ›”ļø Configure and manage FortiGate firewalls, routers, and wireless access points
šŸ–„ļø Provide prompt hardware and software technical support for end-users
šŸ› ļø Troubleshoot and resolve IT support tickets efficiently, including site visits when required
šŸ“§ Support and manage Office365 applications and user accounts
šŸŒ Assist in network setup, configuration, and maintain accurate network documentation
šŸ” Perform regular system checks, updates, and ensure network security best practices
šŸ¤ Collaborate with IT team to improve infrastructure and user experience

āœ… Candidate Requirements:
šŸ•’ Minimum 3+ years of IT technical support experience
šŸ”„ Hands-on experience with FortiGate firewalls and wireless access points
šŸŒ Strong understanding of networking concepts and systems administration
šŸ› ļø Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
šŸ’¬ Good communication skills in English (written & spoken)
