🎯 Key Roles & Responsibilities: 🛡️ Configure and manage FortiGate firewalls, routers, and wireless access points 🖥️ Provide prompt hardware and software technical support for end-users 🛠️ Troubleshoot and resolve IT support tickets efficiently, including site visits when required 📧 Support and manage Office365 applications and user accounts 🌐 Assist in network setup, configuration, and maintain accurate network documentation 🔍 Perform regular system checks, updates, and ensure network security best practices 🤝 Collaborate with IT team to improve infrastructure and user experience ✅ Candidate Requirements: 🕒 Minimum 3+ years of IT technical support experience 🔥 Hands-on experience with FortiGate firewalls and wireless access points 🌐 Strong understanding of networking concepts and systems administration 🛠️ Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills 💬 Good communication skills in English (written & spoken)
