IT Resident Engineer

Provide technical support for hardware, software, and network issues.
Respond to user queries via phone, email, or in person.
Log and track incidents using the ticketing system.
Collaborate with internal teams and vendors for issue resolution.
Maintain and troubleshoot desktops, laptops, printers, and network devices.
Support video conferencing setup and IT equipment inventory.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s in IT/Computer Science or related field (preferred).
1–3 years of IT support/helpdesk experience.
Knowledge of Windows OS, MS Office 365, Active Directory, and networking basics.
Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
Relevant certifications (CompTIA A+, ITIL, MCSE) are a plus.
