🔧 Responsibilities
Provide technical support for hardware, software, networks, and applications.
Install, configure, and maintain IT systems (PCs, servers, printers, etc.).
Manage user accounts, emails, and security permissions.
Monitor and troubleshoot networks, firewalls, VPNs, and PBX systems.
Support data backups, disaster recovery, and IT security policies.
Assist with CCTV, VoIP, and other IT-related systems.
🎯 Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field.
Proven experience in IT support, system administration, and networking.
Knowledge of Windows servers, VMware/ESXi.
Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
Ability to prioritize tasks and work under pressure.
