• Manage the systems in the company's IT Infrastructure.
• Ensure system uptime, security, and performance.
• Implement and maintain system policies and procedures.
🔹 Requirements:
• A B.E/B.Tech or equivalent qualification.
• A minimum of 6 years of experience.
• Certifications in MCSE/MCSA (Server/Storage domain) + ITIL (Foundation level or higher).
• An excellent understanding of IT Service Management & Processes.
