Assist in the configuration, maintenance, and monitoring of network hardware and software (routers, switches, APIC, etc.).
Support the implementation of network solutions in alignment with organizational requirements.
Troubleshoot network-related issues and provide timely resolutions.
Collaborate with senior engineers on infrastructure projects and network optimization.
Maintain accurate documentation of network designs, configurations, and processes.
Contribute to network security initiatives and ensure adherence to best practices.
Qualifications:
CCNA (Cisco Certified Network Associate) – Required
CCNP (Cisco Certified Network Professional) – Preferred or currently in progress
Strong understanding of networking concepts including TCP/IP, VLANs, routing, and switching.
Familiarity with Cisco networking equipment and tools.
Ability to analyze and resolve technical problems effectively.
Excellent communication and documentation skills.
Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment
