4-5 years experience to Provide technical support for hardware, software, network, server, and Office 365-related issues.
Troubleshoot and resolve network connectivity, server performance, Office 365 applications, and system problems.
Install, configure, and maintain desktops, servers, network devices, Office 365, and other software.
Manage user accounts, access permissions, Office 365 setups (email, Teams, SharePoint), and perform regular system backups.
Assist with network and server security, monitor system performance, and support IT projects including Office 365 integrations.
