🔧 Key Responsibilities: • Provide first-level support for desktops, laptops, printers, and networks • Assist with setup and maintenance of IT hardware and software • Support ERP users and escalate issues when needed • Perform routine system checks, backups, and updates • Document issues and solutions clearly for future reference • Help implement basic IT security practices • Monitor system performance and report issues 🎓 Requirements: • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science / IT or related field • 0–1 years of experience in IT support • Basic knowledge of Microsoft SQL Server (able to run simple queries) • Familiarity with any ERP system • Understanding of computers, networks, and IT infrastructure • Eagerness to learn, problem-solving mindset, and strong communication skills
