Key Responsibilities: π» Provide day-to-day IT support (PCs, laptops, printers, MS Office, email). π Support Implementation of CRM, HRMS and other platforms. π Manage networks, servers, and security systems. π₯οΈ Troubleshoot and maintain hardware/software. π₯ Support integration & troubleshooting of medical devices. π Ensure backups, security, and data protection. Requirements: β Bachelorβs degree in IT/Computer Science (or related). β 4 years IT support/system admin experience. β Strong knowledge of Windows, Office 365, networking. β Experience with healthcare/medical devices is a plus. β Problem-solving attitude & excellent communication skills.
