🔑 What you’ll do: • Manage and maintain Office 365 services at L2/L3 level. • Handle Exchange Online, Teams, OneDrive, Intune & Security/Compliance. • Troubleshoot email flow, mobility issues, and client connectivity. • Administer Azure AD Connect, distribution groups, and mailboxes. • Perform incident management, RCA, and escalation handling. ✅ What we’re looking for: • Strong hands-on experience in M365 admin roles. • Knowledge of licenses, policies, hybrid Exchange, and PowerShell. • Familiarity with ITIL processes and tools like ServiceNow.
