Job Title Description Install, configure, and maintain Windows Server (2016/2019/2022) and related services (AD, DNS, DHCP, GPO, File & Print). Manage Backup Solutions (Veeam, Acronis, Symantec, or Commvault): Schedule and monitor daily/weekly backups. Ensure successful backup completion and resolve failures. Perform restore tests and support recovery scenarios. Manage offsite/replicated backup policies for Disaster Recovery. Administer virtualization environments (VMware ESXi/vSphere or Microsoft Hyper-V). Apply patch management, system updates, and hardening for servers. Manage Microsoft 365 / Exchange Online (mailboxes, policies, security). Maintain storage systems (SAN/NAS) and monitor capacity/performance. Implement and enforce system security policies (endpoint protection, MFA, antivirus). Support DR drills and create/update documentation for backup and recovery plans. Provide advanced technical support for escalated IT issues. Document configurations, backup policies, and infrastructure changes.
