Description
Serve as the first / second line of support for all IT service requests onsite and remote Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network issues. Manage and support Microsoft Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Exchange (Online & On-Prem), and Microsoft 365 apps. Support endpoint security tools, IP telephony, POS systems, printers, and mobile devices. Support networking and infrastructure components including switches, access points, UPS, and server hardware up to systems administration level Collaborate on IT projects and initiatives across departments. Required: 2 - 3 years hardware, software and infrastructure support Systems Administration of Windows Server Strong knowledge of Microsoft systems and tools (M365, AD, Exchange).
