Job Title Description 1- Maintain essential IT infrastructure, including operating systems, security tools, applications, servers, email systems. 2- Take responsibility for projects and solutions and apply them if required. 3- Handle IT and system administration tasks. 4- Assist the help desk and other teams with troubleshooting to identify root cause and provide technical support when needed. --Desired skills and qualifications: 1- Bachelor’s degree in computer engineering, computer Science, or any related field. 2- 2+ years of experience. 3- Proven experience in Active Directory, Domain Controller, DNS, file servers, print servers and DHCP. 4- Proven experience in Exchange servers, O365 and exchange online. 5- Proven experience in server installation, configuration, upgrade, management, and virtualization (Hyper-V, VMware). 6- Experience in backup and security solutions such as Veeam and Bitdefender EDR. 7- Analytical and critical thinking capabilities.
